At Kind Maths, your child’s safety and wellbeing are our highest priority.

Rebecca holds a Level 3 Safeguarding qualification and an up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate, and follows UK safeguarding guidance including Keeping Children Safe in Education.

• Tuition is delivered in a safe, professional environment (in-person or online).
• Clear professional boundaries are always maintained.
• Communication is conducted appropriately and, where possible, through parents/carers.
• Online sessions use secure platforms and are scheduled with parental awareness.
• Any safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and handled in line with UK child protection procedures.

If a child shares something that raises a safeguarding concern, I have a duty to:

• Listen carefully and respond calmly.
• Record concerns accurately.
• Seek advice or report to the relevant Local Authority if necessary.

Parents will usually be informed unless doing so would place the child at further risk.
