Kind Maths Ltd is run by Managing Director, Rebecca Burne. Rebecca gained a PGCE in Secondary Maths from University of Nottingham in 2010 and then worked in local secondary schools teaching all abilities from Years 7-11 inclusive. 

Rebecca has worked with numerous pupils with differing Special Educational Needs. For a number of years Rebecca was Head of Mathematics in a large comprehensive school. Rebecca is leaving her current teaching role on December 2025 to focus entirely on 1:1 and small group tutoring. 

Throughout Rebecca’s teaching experience she has built positive relationships with her pupils and allowed them to flourish and achieve their potential. This is achieved through a kind and calm approach to maths which can be the key to unlocking a learner’s love and potential for the subject. Rebecca has been tutoring on a part time basis for several years and is excited to now focus on this entirely. 

Rebecca carries out all the tutoring sessions offered by Kind Maths so you know you are benefiting from years of experience and understanding of school age mathematics.
